Этим летом в меню : холодный суп из бакинских томатов с сельдереем и огурцом, традиционная окрошка на квасе с телятиной (или овощная). На горячее - шашлык из телячей печени с запеченным картофелем, а свинная корейка гриль подается с запечеными баклажанами. Отдельно хотим отметить легкий десерт "Ягодный суп-пюре из лесной земляники".

В поддержку года Литературы в России, городской фестиваль Русской кухни
в ресторанах Москвы проходит в формате «Литературные дегустации».
Ресторан "На мельнице" представляет свой сет на основе одного из произведений
русской классики, сдобренный фантазией и любовью к русской кухне своего
шеф-повара. На целый месяц Москва становится гастрономической библиотекой,
возрождая традиции исконно русской кулинарии, представляя ее в широком
разнообразии.
